Turner Street

This visualization illustrates a sensitive approach to high-density urban infill. Working with the developer, we crafted a façade strategy that breaks the building's mass into two distinct visual volumes: a 'historic' style wing with tan brick and arched fenestration, and a modern residential wing clad in dark grey brick. The rendering was critical for demonstrating to city planners how the development steps down in scale to respect the existing single-family home immediately adjacent to the site.
