This comprehensive site visualization brings a complex mixed-use master plan to life. Working closely with the developer, we modeled the entire campus to demonstrate site utilization and traffic flow. The rendering creates a clear hierarchy between the large-scale residential/hotel anchor on the right and the supporting retail pads and strip centers on the left. This aerial perspective was critical for showing potential tenants how the extensive parking layout and green spaces connect the various distinct zones of the development.
